COVID-19 Precautions

Keeping Our Guests Safe

For your continued health and safety, we’ve implemented the following:

COVID-19
  • Each guestroom is sanitized and sealed prior to arrival.
  • Hotel-wide use of Nano Sceptic Self Cleaning Surfaces and Electrostatic Sprayers.
  • Full housekeeping service is provided every fourth (4th) day.
  • On-demand items (bottled waters, coffee, tea, towels, and linens) will be delivered to your guest room.
  • Face coverings are required in all public spaces.
  • Social distancing is encouraged throughout the hotel.
  • Elevator usage should be limited to 2 people per elevator—unless families are together.
  • The on-site fitness center is unavailable, but day passes to Lifetime Fitness are available at the front desk.
  • The pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., social distancing is encouraged.
  • Radio Milano is open on the second (2nd) floor daily for breakfast.
  • Milano Bar is open daily for dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • In-room dining and minibars are not available. However, dinner is available for pick up until 9 p.m. daily via our online ordering system.
  • Fireside bar is scheduled to resume operations Thursdays through Saturdays beginning April 1.
  • Overnight valet parking is available for $29 per night, self-parking is available on the 3rd floor of the attached parking garage accessible via sky-bridge.
